Meeting Agenda	RAINBOW Rtn.Sanjay Kulkarni As per RAINBOW theme Snehal and Priya Dubey (leader of Yellow) to look in to programs. To be conducted in the month of August as per the colour of the month(Aug-Yellow) *Budget approved for the activities- 4 Thousand for the whole month. *ABHANGVANI (Responsibility by Snehal) *On 19th Aug.District cultural event ABHANGVANI at PYC *Club donated 5k for his event.we will be getting 15 complementary passes. Above that cost Rs 350 per pass Flyers needed. *MEMBERSHIP SEMINAR* *As MEMBERSHIP SEMINAR Is scheduled on 26th Aug. There will be no participation in SHUKRANGAN on 25th Aug by club. *NAKSHATRVAN 2K per chemical treatment sanctioned by BOD for ITI Tree plantation project. Maximum it would be repeated 3 times a year. *Tree plantation District event* Tree plantation District event on 6th Aug IPP Kabra sir to post about about this event on club group. It'd a voluntary project not compulsory. It will continue for 5 consecutive Sundays. For more information members can please contact Kabra sir. *Epillepsy (Responsibility of Sanket) * Promotional activities needed *overall 15 operations are planned this year. *Rs.25K is sanctioned for promotion. *crowd funding suggested by BOD *Videos of 90 sec can be created for promotion *Rtn Unmesh will contact Rtn. Jignesh Pandya regarding this . Sanitary pad Vending Machine (Responsibility Jigneash and Rajat) 2 Vending machines will be installed in month of August waiting for letter for the 3rd vending machine installation. Vending machine (each costs 14K). Donation of 3 vending machines project will be done in synergy with RCP FORTUNE. our club contribution will be 50%. At the time of installation or post that when suitable, awareness talk by Gynecologist Dr. Rohini Ghadikar is suggested. NEWS PAPER BAGS Responsibility of *Rtn.Prreeya* Training of paper bags making will be given to Students and their parents...also some other sections of society will be trained for making paper bags as their income source .. JAAGRUT (Responsibility Prreeya and Unmesh) Its a movie making competition (on phone only) rtns ,non rtns can participate rules and regulations will be circulated It's Conceptulised by RCP baner and supported by DEI district team Rules will be decided by the judges appointed Theme is DIVERSITY EQUALITY INCLUSION Flyers rtn. Unmeshs responsibility Entry fees is yet to be decided awareness in all clubs will be done prizes will be for Rtn,rtrs, interactors cash prize amount will be decided by Rtn. Unmesh,Rtn.Prreeya,and Rtn.Tina DG Manjoo to ask for Intra District participation Award winning video (2-1/2min) wil be tentatively played in district conference. ANTAKSHARI (Responsibility Rajat, Prreeya and Snehal) Its a inter zone Inter District level competition teams from each zone will participate. Teams will be shortlisted and finalised. rtn. Prreeya will contact Mr.Sandeep Panchwatkar FINAL to be conducted during Dassera -Diwali Rtn.Snehal has gracefully agreed to take the responsibility of the antakshari rounds with support of Rtn Charu Bhave (after his acceptance) to handle this competition at regional level. Mr. Sandeep charges are @50k..to be finalized IIBM INSTALLATION* 3 students..2 rtrs. and one non Rtr. to be felicitated at IIBM during Installation HEART SURGERY* * Cost of each surgery to be confirmed by Rtn. Nitin Wagh. According to his latest information it is totally free.
