The Rotary Club of Pune Baner, along with the Traffic Police, Pune, installed a billboard on the busy Parihar Chowk which reads Äs an aware citizen, I am not going to blow the horn unnecessarily". This billboard is in Marathi. When read by thousands of passersby on that road, it is going to be a major public awareness initiative and will help in preventing disease, will help in having a better and safe environment and also will create a healthy public image for Rotary. This is a meaningful activity.
